Ever since I was a little girl, I was always intrigued by the beautiful and pristine things in life. I took pride in creating outfits with that little extra bit of flair. Even back then, it was always, give me that sparkle and give me that shine. I liked things that looked good!

I attended a uniformed catholic high school in Guelph Ontario, which is where I first discovered my passion for aesthetics! Not being able to pick your school outfits daily pushes a girl to get creative with her look. My first glimpse into the professional world of esthetics started with a co-op program in grade 12 at a local spa called Beauty secrets. This is where I first learned the way of spa life; cleaning, booking appointments, and taking care of the front display were the main functions of my co-op. But I also got to oversee the work the estheticians where doing, and the joy they brought to each clients face after making them feel like a million dollars. That’s when I knew this is what I wanted to dedicate my life to!

I take pride in my great attention to detail, fine motor skills, and time management skills as I’ve found that these are critical components of a wonderful aesthetician. I attended Gina’s College and graduated in 2005 with my advanced esthetic diploma. I upgraded base knowledge of the business world with courses at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. After moving back to Guelph I continued to hone my skills in the world of aesthetics working at various spas as well fine tuning my people skills in the hospitality industry.

In 2016 I started at Skin Studio Spa, and that’s when I learned the Arch Addict’s way and my obsession began with Brows! During my time there I completed training under one of the world’s best Microblading companies; Everlasting Brows, based out of the UK. I placed first in Guelph’s very own Arch Rivals Brow Battle competition which earned me the title of Guelph’s First Brow Queen. In that same year was awarded Gold in Guelph’s Reader’s Choice Best Aesthetician category. I continued to upgrade my skills by completing more courses in Microblading, mapping & microshading. Most recently I received the opportunity to learned machine work (pmu) from a top Ontario artist in a studio out of Niagara Falls.

I put my all into Brows. I never could have imagined the impact they would have in my life. I’m truly grateful for everyone who has been along this brow journey with me. I am thrilled to be dedicating all of my professional time to spreading my knowledge, expertise and artistic abilities to creating beautiful brows on pair at a time in my own space. Introducing Guelph’s newest Brow Room, featuring me Browbae, aka SARAH.... Let me take you on your own Brow journey, and guide you on becoming a #browbae yourself.
